Question: How do I purchase a carving?
Answer: I Accept two payment methods:

1. Paypal
You can pay instantly through paypal by clicking the purchase link.
2. Cheque / Postal Order
If you should want to pay by cheque / postal order, email
for details of  where to send your payment.

Question: How much does postage cost?
Answer: All UK postage costs are included in the price of the carving. 

Question: How long until my carving arrives?
Answer: Most carvings will be dispatched within 28 days.  This is dependant on demand, you will be informed when your carving is on the way. 

Question: How do I know paying is secure?
Answer: All online transactions are managed through PayPal. For information on the security of PayPal click here

Question: I live outside the UK, how much is postage?
Answer: Postage outside the UK is £10 per item. We can only accept payments from countries outside the UK via PayPal, so if you require postage outside the UK, please add an additional £10 to your order. We cannot accept payments in any other currency than UK Pound Sterling.
